1. License

Subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Rediquo on devices you own or control for lawful purposes.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the Redis servers, SSH hosts, credentials, private keys, TLS certificates, and data sources you configure.
• You must have permission to access every system you connect to using Rediquo.
• You are responsible for reviewing commands before running them, especially write or destructive commands.
• You should keep backups and follow your organization's change management and security policies.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use Rediquo to access systems without authorization, violate laws, disrupt services, extract data unlawfully, or bypass security controls.

4. No warranty

Rediquo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, compatibility with every Redis deployment, or recovery of lost data.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rediquo and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business interruption, or system downtime arising from your use of the app.

6. Third-party components

Rediquo may include or depend on third-party open-source components. Those components are governed by their own licenses. Where applicable, notices are provided in the app or project documentation.

7. Updates and changes

We may update Rediquo or these Terms over time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

在法律允许的最大范围内，Rediquo 及其开发者不对因使用本应用产生的间接、附带、后果性、特殊、惩罚性或惩戒性损害承担责任，包括数据丢失、利润损失、业务中断或系统停机。

6. 第三方组件

Rediquo 可能包含或依赖第三方开源组件。这些组件受其各自许可证约束。适用时，相关声明会在应用或项目文档中提供。

7. 更新与变更

我们可能不时更新 Rediquo 或本条款。条款变更后继续使用应用，即表示你接受更新后的条款。
